Welcome to the VocalWriter Archive!

VocalWriter was a Speech Synthesizer by KAE Labs made for Mac OS in 1998. It was the first of it's kind to be able to sing lyrics. It was later ported to Mac OS X in 2005 as VocalWriter 2.0. Since then it has been dormant due to the person behind KAELabs passing away shortly after.

This website aims to document all of VocalWriter's features, history, and more.
